Property information
Braeview cottage is a wonderfully bright and spacious bungalow situated in a private position within it’s own enclosed garden with views out over open farmland to the sea and the Isle of Man in the distance. The cottage sits a little way from the farm buildings and has it’s own private access road.
Braeview has recently been renovated and modernised and is fully double glazed with oil fired central heating. The comfortable accommodation is on one level and has one large double bedroom, one large twin bedded room, a smaller single bedroom and sitting room which has an open fire and TV with DVD and video. The bathroom has a bath and electric shower. There is a well equipped dining kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer and a small shelved pantry with an automatic washing machine. The boiler room is situated off the back porch and has a slatted shelved drying area.
Duvets and pillows are supplied and there is garden furniture and a BBQ in the log shed. (Linen is not supplied)
Booking information
Braeview is usually let on a weekly basis from Friday to Friday from 3pm on the day of arrival to 10am on day of departure. Short winter breaks are also available off season. The price per week varies according to the time of year and a non returnable deposit must be paid at the time of booking. The balance is then payable six weeks before the start of your holiday.
The cost of the heating, hot water and fuel for the open fire is included in the rent. All other electricity is available by a £1 in the slot meter.
